Amber was born and raised in Anaheim, CA. Her family moved to Olympia in 1977. Amber Graduated from Capital High School, and attended SPSCC to fulfill her interest in Business. She owned and operated her own business for 18 years. She conducted trainings and main stage productions nationwide for a multi-million dollar business. In years past, many of you have already met Amber as she assisted with handouts and preparation of many WAPA trainings. Amber joined WAPA full time in November of 2006.
