Wally is a graduate of the University of Washington's College of Arts and Sciences and School of Law. His experience since law school graduation is as an administrator for the City of Seattle and legal advisor to its Human Rights Department, a legal services staff attorney, a deputy prosecutor for Snohomish County in the Civil and Family Support Divisions, and as a private practitioner prior to joining the Washington Association of Prosecuting Attorneys as the Support Enforcement Project Attorney. Wally is admitted to practice law in Washington and California.
