Pam received her undergraduate degree from the University of Washington in 1985 and her law degree from the University of Washington School of Law in 1988. Pam clerked for Judge Robert W. Winsor (Ret.) of the Court of Appeals, Division I before joining the Kitsap County Prosecutor's Office in 1988. From 1991 to 1998, Pam was assigned to the appellate unit. Pam left the Kitsap County Prosecutor's Office in 1998, to assume her present position as a staff attorney with the Washington Association of Prosecuting Attorneys.
Prior to attending law school, Pam was a volunteer with the New Beginnings Shelter in Seattle. Between May of 1984 and September of 1985, Pam served as the statistician and assistant to the program coordinator of the City of Bellevue's domestic violence program.
