Nancy grew up in So. California, attended UCLA, worked as a paralegal for a defense attorney for four years, started but did not finish law school, moved to Washington in 1977 and began her career with WAPA in July of 1977.

As Training Coordinator for WAPA, Nancy is responsible for planning agendas, getting speakers for each agenda item, obtaining and reporting of CLE, contracting with hotels, arranging handouts for printing, ordering T-shirts and hats, hauling everything to the training site, and hosting the hospitality at each training program.

Nancy is also responsible for all financial records, pays all bills including billings for dues, trainings, and grants. She works with Counties and DSHS for Food Stamp Fraud case reimbursements. She keeps the employees time records and month end reports for the Public Disclosure Commission and Wa. State Criminal Justice Training Commission and many others.

In her free time, Nancy volunteers with the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve. She is married to Jim Isham (after a high school reunion in 1993), and has two children and four grandchildren. She loves to spend time with Jim, read, garden, and make honey-do lists!
