MASON COUNTY:  GARY P. BURLESON, MASON COUNTY PROSECUTOR, is accepting resumes for the position of a Land Use Attorney.  Must be a member of the Washington State Bar Association and have 3 years land management experience. Salary range is $5,239 - $6,220 depending on qualifications. OKANOGAN COUNTY:  Has an employment opportunity for a District Court Deputy Prosecutor.  Salary range of $47,916-$58,236 annually, includes medical & dental benefits. CITY OF VANCOUVER:  Invites applications for the position of Assistant City Attorney II. The Criminal Prosecution Division of the Vancouver City Attorney's Office is responsible for prosecuting misdemeanor and gross misdemeanor violations of the Vancouver Municipal Code and traffic laws. The Division also drafts criminal ordinances, monitors state criminal justice legislation of interest to the City, provides legal advice to police officers, reviews referred police reports and decides whether criminal charges should be filed, engages in plea and charging negotiations, represents the City at pretrial hearings, tries criminal matters, and is responsible for representing the City in appellate proceedings. KITTITAS COUNTY:  The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's office has an opening for a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney. The Deputy Prosecuting Attorney is responsible for criminal prosecutions in Kittitas County and/or providing legal counsel for Kittitas County government related civil and criminal matter. The position also performs coroner responsibilities on a rotating basis by supervising all aspects of investigation into unattended deaths in Kittitas County. This is a full-time, non-union position. ADAMS COUNTY:  The office of Adams County Prosecuting Attorney is accepting applications for the position of  Deputy Prosecuting Attorney. Duties may include prosecution of District Court criminal matters, juvenile criminal matters, civil legal services to county departments, ex-officio coroner duties, and Superior Court felony practice, DOE. BIIA:  The Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals has an opening for Industrial Insurance Appeals Hearings Judge.  Salary range $61,956 - $81,276 annually.
